Agenda Panda is a social publishing platform that helps operators, founders, and agencies schedule and publish content across connected social channels. Agenda Panda is operated by SU LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Information We Collect

We collect:

• Account details such as name, email, and login provider identity.
• Workspace data including drafts, scheduled posts, and publish history.
• Connected social account metadata and OAuth tokens needed to publish on your behalf.
• Billing information processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Usage and analytics data collected via PostHog to understand how the product is used and to improve it.
• Operational logs and diagnostics needed for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog may set cookies or use local storage to track sessions and usage patterns. This data is used solely to improve the product and is not sold or shared with advertisers. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser.

4. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate Agenda Panda.
• To authenticate users and maintain account security.
• To publish content to social platforms you explicitly connect.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.

We work with the following third-party services. Each handles data under their own privacy policies:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management.
• PostHog — product analytics and session tracking.
• Cloudflare — infrastructure, storage, and edge networking.
• Social platforms (X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky, TikTok) — when you connect an account, we interact with their APIs. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and workspace data while your account remains active. After closure, we keep data for a limited period when required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, then delete it.

7. Your Choices

• You can disconnect social accounts from the Connections page at any time.
• You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
• You can request account and data deletion via our data deletion page.

8. International Processing

Agenda Panda uses service providers and infrastructure that may process data in the United States and other countries where our vendors operate. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection rules than your home jurisdiction.
